Why do I not have my header/footer in Microsoft Word
Use settings to show your header/footer in your Word document.
SILQ is compatible with two version of Word - the desktop product and the Online Version.
Word Desktop
If your header is hidden in the desktop version of Word, please follow the steps below to unhide it:
- Click on File
- In the bottom left hand corner, click on options
- A screen will pop-up.
- Navigate to Display
- Make sure the text box titled 'Show white space between pages in Print Layout view' is ticked
Word Online
The Online version of word is slightly easier when looking for the header.
Simply click on the button on the right hand side of your page called 'Header'
