Setting up Multi Factor Authentication
Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) can be set up either in the Online version or the Outlook Add-In
Setting up MFA is the same whether you set it up from the Online version or the Outlook Add-In with the exception of how to access the settings:
From the Online Version:
Click on the Silhouette in the top right hand corner, then click on the option for Multi Factor Authentication
If accessing from Outlook Add-in:
Click on the dropdown of the Silhouette in the right hand corner and click on Multi Factor Authentication
Once you are in the MFA section, you will be prompted to download the Google Authenticator App if you already do not have it installed. The app can be downloaded from wither the App or Google Play Store.
You will then be prompted to scan the QR code and enter the code you are given.
From here it is much simpler to follow the instructions that you find on your screen.
