Reverse/Undo a Write Off
Write Off's act like a receipt without any income associated to it, so therefore they can just be deleted if you no longer want that WIP to be written off.
If you find yourself in a position where you are able to recover income for previously written off work, you can simply delete the write off.
You can do this from two places:
Time & billing window:
1. In the matters window, find the matter you want to delete the write off for & highlight that matter
2. Click on the Time & Billing Icon
3. Click on the Receipts & Credits Icon
4. Find the written off work and press delete.
Receive Money Window
1. Find the written off amount you want to undo/reverse
2. Click on delete
