Quick Time Entries

A quick way of entering time entries in the Time Entries window is via the Quick Time Entry tab which can be accessed in the time entries window on the top left-hand side of the window.

A range of fields will appear at the top of the window, where you can very quickly and easily select the Matter, add your time and invoice text.

The benefit of adding time entries this way is that if you have multiple time entries to enter for a particular matter, you can easily select the matter and then just using the Tab key on your keyboard move to each field to fill in the relevant information. Once you have completed adding in this information, click the Add Time button on the Top Toolbar to record this time entry.

The fields will reset, ready for you to add in you next time entry.
