Outlook Add-In Settings
In the Outlook Add-In you can adjust the way the Add-In works for you.
To access the settings for the Outlook Add-In:
1. click on the dropdown of the faceless figure in the right hand corner:
2. You will come to this screen:
3. The options mean:
a. Load all users matters - When searching for a matter, if this is off it will only search for matters where you are the Matter Owner, Fee Earner or Person Assisting. If on, it will search all matters regardless who is named on the matter.
b. Filter for Inactive Matters - If this is off, when you search for a matter it will only show you matters that are active. If this is turned on, it will show you both active & inactive matters.
c. Ignore embedded images when saving - The most common examples of these are email signatures. By turning this on, when saving emails, SILQ will not give you the option to save those images.
