How does the Controlled Listing report work?
The controlled listing report displays a list of all controlled money's ledger balances.
The controlled listing report presents you with a list of all controlled money's ledger balances that contain a balance up to the selected date.
There are a couple of important things to note:
1. Only ledger's that have a balance of more than $0 will be displayed. If the ledger is $0, it will not show on this report.
2. The balances are displayed based on the date entered, not the transaction date. For example, if you run the report for the month of January and you expect to see a transaction with a transaction date of January, but it was entered to SILQ in February, then the ledger will not show with the date range of January.
3. It can be sorted by either Account Number or Matter Number.
