Setting up InfoTrack

Automatically Download InfoTrack Searches - Documents

Documents can be automatically saved to the matter & Shared Drive location (e.g. Dropbox)

In order for InfoTrack Searches to download automatically you need to ensure that the Document Download User field is set in system settings. This can be any user, however as staff may come and go, we suggest setting this to the Principal or a Partner of the Firm. 

  1. In the top right hand corner click on the settings icon dropdown to go to the system settings window
  2. On the left hand side click on Integrations
  3. Expand the Infotrack section
  4. In the Document Download User field, Select the user you want to assign
  5. Press save
  6. Regardless of how many users in the firm, this only needs to be set by one person.

Please note, the automatic downloads will only take effect once you have saved the above changes. Any searches done before this will not automatically download.
