How do I update the number of licences I have in SILQ?

The number of licences you have subscribed to can be increased or decreased online.

From within SILQ you are able to increase or decrease the number of licences from within SILQ from the subscriptions and billing tab.

To do so:

1. Click on the settings cog on the top right corner

2. On the left hand side scroll down to the bottom tab called Subscriptions & Billing

3. You will see this screen:

4. From there, you will be redirected to our billing portal which will show you the number of licences you currently have as well as the subscription plan you are on.

5. You have the option to update the number of licences but clicking on the below button:

6. You will come to the below page which will highlight which is your current plan, how you are paying (i.e. monthly or yearly) as well as your quantity (which is the number of licences you have).

You are able to change the plan you are on by clicking the select button on any of the other plans. 

You are able to to change the number of licences but changing the quantity of your selected plan.

You are able to choose to pay monthly or yearly by choosing the relevant option in the top left corner.
