How do I Cancel my SILQ Subscription?
Your subscription can be managed online.
You are able to manage your SILQ subscription online from within SILQ under the subscriptions and billing tab.
To do so:
1. Click on the settings cog on the top right corner
2. On the left hand side scroll down to the bottom tab called Subscriptions & Billing
3. You will see this screen:
4. From there, you will be redirected to our billing portal which will give you the option to cancel.
5. Click on the cancel plan button found near the top right hand side, under the green update plan button:
6. You will then be redirected to another page that will identify the date your account will still be available to access until. Underneath this information, you will be asked to confirm your intent by again clicking on cancel plan - this time the button being green.
7. Once cancelled, you will not be charged any further funds from SILQ, however will not be given a pro-rata refund.
