How can the Lexon integration be accessed?
SILQ has integrated with Lexon to provide SILQ users who are insured by Lexon access to their coded materials.
SILQ's integration with Lexon provides SILQ users who are insured with Lexon, (suitable proof is required to support this), access to the Lexon materials pre-coded by SILQ to populate information direct from the matter when generated.
To access the Lexon materials, follow the below steps:
1. If you haven't already done so, contact SILQ sales and provide them with proof (e.g. current certificate of currency) that you are a current customer of Lexon.
2. Once verified, SILQ will provide you access to the materials.
3. Navigate to and click on the Generate Documents button from windows such as Matters, Contacts or Matter Details. It will open the below window:
4. Click on Lexon Forms
5. You will be prompted to read and agree to some terms and conditions. If you are happy with these, please click the checkbox in the bottom left corner to confirm your agreement.
6. You will then be redirected to the below screen.
7. From the Jurisdiction section highlighted in red above, you are able to select which materials you would like to access.
8. Once you find the appropriate document you are able to edit the file name if you so wish and also select a sub folder to save it into if need be.
9. You can then generate it by clicking on the green Generate Form button on the bottom right corner.
10. Once the document is generated you will see that information from the matter has pre-populated into it.
There are a number of different prompts in Lexon documents and each requires an action of some kind. Some need information added, some need to be removed. Please see the relevant Overview for further details on what is required for each document.
Please also look out for any instances where SILQ has coded the doucment to pull information from SILQ, however there was nothing available to insert. In these instances, you will see the words ***Missing*** plus the code that should have had information to insert. You will need to manually enter this information, or remove the section as per the Lexon Overview.
