How can I view previous SILQ Invoices
Previous SILQ Software Invoices can be viewed online.
To find your previous Invoices for your payments to SILQ Software you need to navigate to the Subscriptions and Billing section of SILQ.
To do so:
1. Click on the settings cog on the top right corner
2. On the left hand side scroll down to the bottom tab called Subscriptions & Billing
3. You will see this screen:
4. From there, you will be redirected to our billing portal.
5. Scroll to the bottom where it shows all of your past invoices.
6. Next to the date for each invoice, there is a little box with an arrow pointing to the right. If you click on this it will provide you with the invoice details in a new tab. From here, you will also be able to download both the invoice and the receipt.
