How can I upgrade my subscription?
Upgrading your plan online in SILQ via the subscription & billing tab.
SILQ has 3 pricing plan options for both Barristers and Solicitors:
1. Essentials
2. Expand
3. Expert
To upgrade from either Essentials or Expand, you can do so by following the below steps:
1. Click on the settings cog on the top right corner
2. On the left hand side scroll down to the bottom tab called Subscriptions & Billing
3. You will see this screen:
4. From there, you will be redirected to our billing portal which will give you the option to update your plan. Click on the green button titled 'Update Plan'.
5. On the next screen you will be given all options of our pricing plans and you will also be able to choose whether you would like pay monthly or pay annually to receive a 2 month discount.
6. Once you have chosen between monthly & yearly, your preferred plan and confirmed your number of licences, please click on the continue button.
7. SILQ will charge you the difference between what has already been paid and your new plan's pricing.
