Estate Asset Type - Tenancy
The field tenancy is a required field when adding a new asset type, not just for property but for all types.
The tenancy field in estates is relevant to all asset types, not just the property types.
Although the term tenancy is used in property, the term is relevant across the board of all asset types.
To provide you with an example:
If you have a bank account, the tenancy field needs to be updated to explain how the bank account is owned. If the deceased owned the account only in their name, then the dropdown from the tenancy field you would choose is Soley by the deceased.
Similarly, if it is a 50/50 joint bank account, then you would chose Tenants in common in equal shares.
