Does SILQ Have Spell Check?
Yes! SILQ utilises the spell check of whichever browser you are using. Below are instructions on how to make sure you have it turned on.
We have all come to rely on spell check which typing nowadays, especially when entering lengthy time entry or file note descriptions directly into SILQ - we know we would struggle to live without it!
For that reason we have developed that part of SILQ to work with the spell check of whichever browser you are using.
You can find the links to the support pages of the 4 main browsers we support below:
1. Chrome - Make sure it is turned on an in the correct language
2. Mozilla Firefox - Mozilla only provide instructions on how to disable it. The settings can be found under the heading Disabling Automatic Spell-checking. If yours is off, you will need to turn it on.
3. Edge - Make sure it is turned on an in the correct language
4. Safari - There are multiple options given to you by Safari. The two options that most users turn on are 'check spelling while typing' and 'correct spelling automatically'.
