Creating Multiple Invoices at the Same Time - Bulk Invoicing

SILQ empowers you to bill individual matters, groups of matters, or all matters with outstanding WIP in just one click from the bulk invoicing window.

SILQ allows you to generate multiple invoices with the click of a button.

Note: our bulk invoicing feature is only available within our Expert subscription plan. To learn more about our plans, please click here.

To access bulk billing, please navigate to the Invoices window.

You will notice, there is a second button called bulk invoicing in the ribbon. Click on it.

You will then enter the bulk invoicing screen:

This window will only show you matters that have unbilled WIP.

You will notice there is a Bulk Preview button. Using this acts as an option for implementing an Invoice Approval process. Read more about that here.
